Flexco, a leading global manufacturer, is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer who has demonstrated success in quality inspections, developing quality standards and internal audits. This role will require a minimum of 3-5 years in a quality related role and a bachelors degree in a quality related field.

Responsible for executing and sustaining quality systems, processes, and performance within the site or assigned areas of responsibility. This role ensures product and process quality through effective problem solving, data analysis, audit participation, and cross-functional collaboration. The QE serves as a key contributor to quality execution, owning assigned responsibilities and delivering accurate, timely results that support site and regional objectives. This role builds the foundation for expanded ownership, cross-site coordination, and leadership capabilities required for progression into the Lead Quality Engineer role.

Bachelor’s degree required in: Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

• Possess or willing to obtain at least one quality-related certification (e.g., Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within a
• manufacturing environment including hands-on inspection using standard measurement
• Working knowledge and practical application of quality management systems and tools
• (ISO 9001, SPC, Control Plans, Root Cause Analysis, basic Lean/Six Sigma).

Investigate internal, supplier, and customer quality issues, supporting timely containment,

Service) to resolve quality issues and improve process performance.
Monitor, analyze, and report quality metrics, ensuring data accuracy and identifying trends
Execute and sustain site-level quality processes, ensuring compliance with established
Prepare and communicate data analysis results, providing clear insights and recommendations
to support quality and process improvement.
Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to
improve product quality, reduce variability, and enhance efficiency.
Contribute to FMEA development and updates, supporting risk identification and mitigation
and alignment with quality standards.

Quality Engineers at Flexco can expect a starting annual compensation of between $70,000.00 and $89,000.00, or more, depending on experience, skills and education.
