Job Title: General Medicine Provider

Shift: Days PRN
Hours per Shift: 4 hours or 8 hours
Own personal laptop (no Mac)

• Willing to complete DMA training for certification
• Proficient in METs testing and evaluating and diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions

Seeking General Medicine NPs to perform Compensation Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments.
Current openings for providers are on a PRN basis.
Providers must have their own office locations.
Training will be provided for all Reporting and Disability Benefits Questionnaires.
Follow-up administrative work will be required on a regular basis, which includes addendums and medical opinions.
Must have familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardiology.
Own personal laptop is required for completing various tasks.
Providers need to have experience in conducting range of motion testing and muscle strength testing.
Candidate must be willing to accept DMA certification training.
The position may involve travel to other areas to assist with cases.
Quick credentialing onboarding process is required upon hiring.
