Our client is one of the largest providers of kidney care services in the United States, delivering high-quality care through outpatient dialysis clinics, acute hospital dialysis programs, and home dialysis services across multiple states. Their mission is centered around improving the quality of life for individuals living with chronic kidney disease while providing compassionate, patient-focused care.

The nursing culture is highly relationship-driven. Because dialysis patients typically receive treatment multiple times each week over the course of many years, nurses have the unique opportunity to build lasting relationships with both patients and their families while becoming an integral part of their healthcare journey.

As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering safe, compassionate, high-quality care throughout every dialysis treatment.

Preparing dialysis stations and reviewing patient assignments before treatments begin

Monitoring vital signs and reviewing medications

Accessing fistulas, grafts, and central venous catheters for dialysis treatments

Monitoring patients throughout their 3–4 hour dialysis treatments

Educating patients on medications, diet, fluid restrictions, and home care

Collaborating closely with nephrologists, Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), dietitians, and social workers

Supervising, mentoring, and supporting Patient Care Technicians

Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico or a Compact Multistate RN License

Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care

Dialysis clinics offer a more predictable schedule than most hospital settings.

Must be available to work Monday through Saturday

Sundays are typically off

Clinic schedules vary by location, with many shifts beginning early in the morning

Candidates should be flexible and available to work any assigned shift based on clinic needs
