Defend clients in a wide variety of insurance matters: coverage disputes, bad faith claims, product liability, general liability, etc.

Draft pleadings, briefs, motions, and discovery; Handle litigation in both state and federal courts across Texas.

Mentor more junior attorneys or associates (if you bring that level of experience).

Manageable 1,800 annual billable hours with plenty of support to help you hit goals.

Have 5-10+ years of experience defending insurance matters, in litigation and trial settings.

Excel at legal writing, motion practice, negotiation, and courtroom presence.

Are scalable: able to manage multiple cases with shifting priorities.
