You'll handle meaningful cases from day one, gain exposure to insurance regulatory and receivership work, and have a clear path to partnership. We're a growing team of 6 attorneys handling WC defense for major insurers and self-insureds! About Our Firm We are a Martindale-Hubbell AV Rated firm recognized as a leader in Texas workers' compensation defense. We handle cases for major insurers and self-insureds throughout the state, representing clients in complex WC defense, subrogation, and compliance matters. We also maintain a national insurance regulatory and receivership practice including representation of insurance guaranty associations throughout the country.
We are currently seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney to join our team on a partnership track.
