HR Generalist - Recruiting & Employee Engagement

Job DetailsJob Location: Smyrna, TN - SMYRNA, TN 37167Job Shift: Day ShiftEthnix Group is looking for an experienced HR professional to support multiple company locations and operational sites across the U.This role will support daily HR operations, employee relations, recruiting, compliance, benefits, and workforce development while partnering closely with site leadership.
Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee orientation.
Support employee relations, performance management, benefits, workers’ compensation, and leaves of absence.
Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, county, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain employee records, HRIS information, and I-9 documentation.
Monitor attendance and support performance and disciplinary processes.
Prepare weekly HR KPI reports, including headcount, new hires, turnover, workers’ compensation, benefits, and payroll-related items.
Partner with site leadership to improve HR processes, employee engagement, and workforce performance.
Travel approximately 10–15% between company locations and operational sites.
Requirements 3+ years of general HR experience.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience with recruiting, employee relations, benefits, and HR compliance.
Experience with HRIS and Excel.
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
Willingness to travel 10–15%.
