Park Rose – Now Hiring Bartenders Park Rose, a new restaurant from Renwick Hospitality (Lindens, Altair, Lulla, Foxtail), is seeking Bartenders to join our opening team.
Inspired by the gardens of Rose Hill, Park Rose is a modern American-Italian restaurant designed to be an energetic neighborhood favorite—uplifted by the quality of its food, cocktails, and service. We aim to be a go-to spot for locals in NoMad and beyond, while also serving as a destination for special moments, vibrant hospitality, and exceptional meals.
Bartenders at Park Rose are more than drink-makers—they’re hosts, storytellers, and stewards of the guest experience. What You’ll Do As a Bartender, you’ll be expected to uphold Renwick Hospitality’s standards of excellence while contributing your unique self to the team. Master the Renwick Hospitality Cocktail Compendium , knowing every classic recipe and seasonal feature by heart. Strive for exceptional quality in every build.
Support bar prep and mise en place , ensuring syrups, garnishes, and ingredients are stocked and ready. Monitor inventory actively , communicating stock levels and low counts clearly to help control waste and avoid outages. Learn and execute Renwick Hospitality’s service standards , both current and evolving through opening. Understand and sell the full menu , including food, cocktails, wine, and beer, with confidence and care. Engage guests with warmth and confidence , creating golden moments through storytelling, pairing suggestions, and genuine hospitality.
Maintain a clean, organized bar , showing up on time and ready to contribute. Collaborate with servers, barbacks, and managers , prioritizing team success and seamless service. Stay curious and adaptable , embracing new techniques, seasonal changes, and evolving standards. Minimum availability of 4–5 days per week, including weekends and holidays
Completion of Renwick Hospitality standards training
