We are seeking a Permanent Superintendent/Construction Manager to join our team. This role is instrumental in leading, managing, and coordinating all phases of construction projects from start to finish. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment on a variety of challenging projects and to play a key role in shaping the built environment.

As a Superintendent/Construction Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks. Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management, including project planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.

Ensuring all construction activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

Developing and implementing project schedules and budgets, and monitoring progress to ensure objectives are met.

Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors, and ensuring they understand and adhere to job site safety standards.

Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.

Conducting regular safety inspections and meetings, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

To be considered for the role of Permanent Superintendent/Construction Manager, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on safety management.

A Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in managing all phases of construction projects, from conception to completion.

Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.

Proficiency in construction management software.

In-depth understanding of construction safety regulations and procedures.

Valid certification in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) training or similar is a plus.
