HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our outpatient pediatric clinic in Fayetteville, North Carolina .

This is a great opportunity for a BCBA who is passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy in a supportive, collaborative clinic setting.

As a BCBA with HealthPRO Pediatrics, you will support children and families through individualized treatment planning, behavior assessment, caregiver collaboration, and clinical oversight of ABA services.

BCBA Position Details

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Outpatient Pediatric Clinic Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, clinic hours end by 6:00 PM Employment Type: W2 Compensation Potential: $90,000–$107,000 annually between base salary and monthly bonus opportunities

BCBA Responsibilities

Design behavior intervention and behavior support plans based on assessment data

Implement and oversee data collection systems to support data-driven decision making

Complete RBT competency assessments per organizational policy timelines

Provide parent training and ongoing consultation

Deliver services via telehealth when appropriate

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and billing

Complete required internal training, including telehealth training

Remain current on ABA research and evidence-based practices

BCBA Qualifications

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and licensure

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field

Minimum 1 year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum
