As a Bartender at Ella Dining Room and Bar, you are an ambassador for Sacramento's premier farm-to-fork hospitality experience. Located in the vibrant heart of downtown, our bar is a high-volume, sophisticated stage where classic technique meets uncompromising consistency .
In this role, you will serve as a guardian of our beverage standards , flawlessly executing our curated artisanal cocktail program with culinary precision and strict adherence to established recipes. You will navigate an award-winning wine list, maintain rigorous quality control, and deliver an elevated, engaging counter experience to local regulars, theater-goers, and VIPs alike. You will thrive in a fast-paced, refined team environment where technical precision, recipe discipline, and warm hospitality are seamlessly intertwined.

A minimum of two (2) years of previous serving, bartending-preferably within a fine dining, high-volume, or chef-driven concept.
Valid California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification required.
Ability to work varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as the dictates of a premier restaurant require.
