Crafts Artisan

As a Dessert Artisan (Team Member) at Hampton Chocolate Factory, you'll play a key role in creating memorable, one-of-a-kind experiences for every guest. You'll bring energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail to each shiftwhether you're preparing treats, working the register, or engaging with guests.

In this hands-on role, you'll help keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly. You'll work side-by-side with your team to ensure high standards of service, product quality, and store presentation. We're looking for someone who communicates clearly, works well under pressure, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to every shift. Support daily operations by staying organized, following routines, and keeping service areas clean, stocked, and guest-ready.

Maintain a positive, energetic presence and help set the tone during busy or high-pressure shifts.

Communicate guest feedback or operational insights to leadership to help drive improvements.

Stay engaged during new product rollouts and assist with team training to ensure consistent execution.

Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and company standards to maintain a safe and welcoming space for both guests and staff.

Utilize tools like Toast, 7Shifts, and Slack to stay informed and help guide new team members in navigating systems.

Help maintain strong organization and flow across both front and back-of-house areas.

Take an active role in onboarding, mentoring, and training new team members with patience, clarity, and encouragement.

Lead by example to help new hires build confidence and adopt best practices aligned with Hampton's service standards.

Support team goals by staying focused on service, speed, quality, and teamwork throughout each shift.

Represent Hampton Chocolate Factory with professionalism, hospitality, and a team-first mindset on every shift.

12 years of experience in fast-paced food & beverage or hospitality environments; experience in desserts or pastries is a plus, but not required.

• Passionate about learning and developmentwith a drive to grow personally and help others grow within their roles.
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent in modeling company standards and daily operations.
• Strong attention to detail when following and teaching operational procedures, food safety guidelines, and service standards.
