Our commitment to providing exceptional care, despite any challenges, goes beyond just a job; Job OverviewThe RN Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day 'back office' operations of the clinic by overseeing the employees providing nursing care to the clinic patients, as well as implementing and assuring quality medical management and cost containment health services to patients. The Supervisor oversees the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation/improvement of clinical care services/programs, which include patient experience, patient safety, HEDIS quality measures, financial goals, etc. The Supervisor also implements, maintains, and evaluates clinical and patient care practice standards. The Supervisor works with the Site Medical Director, Clinic Director, Administrative Leadership team, and RN Manager to achieve clinic quality, patient satisfaction, and financial goals, and ensure all staff are up to date with clinic objectives, such as quality boards, present progress on clinic objectives at staff meetings, etc. The Supervisor provides leadership to the nursing team and support as a mentor to Staff and oversees patient care services, including the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation/improvement of clinical care services/programs, which includes patient experience, patient safety, HEDIS quality measures, financial goals, etc. The Supervisor also implements, maintains, and evaluates clinical and patient care practice standards, budgets, and staff development. The Supervisor manages operations and services that add value and are integrated with nursing standards of practice, service priorities.
