Security Professional - Retail Part Time

As a Security Officer - Fuqua St in Houston, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Position Type: Part Time

Provide customer service to clients, associates, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and reporting activities as required.

Monitor for suspicious activity, policy violations, and potential hazards, helping to deter unauthorized activity through visible presence and timely reporting.

Assist with access control, visitor and vendor entry, and other security-related duties as assigned by site leadership.

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
