Healthcare Recruiter - Full-Time - Remote -

Wilson Talent Solutions is partnering with our client to find a high-caliber Surgeon Recruiter to support continued national growth by identifying, engaging, and securing top oral surgeon talent. This position is a direct hire position working as a full time employee for our client and will work remotely with occasional travel not to exceed 25%.

This role is ideal for a relationship-driven, goal-oriented recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings executive presence to physician conversations, and is comfortable managing resistance while driving searches forward with urgency. You will own full-cycle surgeon recruiting—from proactive outreach through signed agreement—while delivering a high-touch, consultative candidate experience.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and be supported by campus recruiting resources, allowing you to focus on what matters most: building trust with surgeons, managing complex searches, and closing exceptional talent.

Source, engage, and recruit oral surgeons nationwide

Build and manage a robust physician pipeline using multiple sourcing strategies

Lead candidate engagement, interviews, site visits, and personalized itineraries

Partner with leadership on recruiting strategy and offer coordination

Represent the organization at conferences and recruiting events

Stay current on physician recruiting trends and competitive activity

3+ years of physician or healthcare recruiting experience (surgeon experience preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Comfortable operating in a sales-oriented, high-touch recruiting environment
