Real Estate Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Paralegal to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with real estate experience who enjoys managing transactions, coordinating with clients and outside parties, and ensuring accuracy throughout the closing process.

Assist attorneys with residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing.

Prepare, review, and organize real estate documents, including purchase agreements, deeds, title documents, and closing packages.

Coordinate closings with clients, lenders, title companies, real estate agents, and other transaction parties.

Review title commitments, surveys, lien searches, and related due diligence materials.

Communicate with clients and third parties to obtain outstanding documents and resolve transaction-related issues.

Maintain organized electronic and physical files while ensuring document accuracy and confidentiality.

Support attorneys with post-closing matters, recording documents, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Prior experience as a real estate paralegal, preferably in a law firm or real estate closing environment.

Knowledge of real estate transactions, title documentation, and closing procedures.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.
