Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident working with tight tolerances, and skilled in operating 3- to 5-axis CNC machines. You will be responsible for setting up, programming, and producing components according to precise specifications.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or routers).Select and install tools, fixtures, and materials.Conduct in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and CMM (Zeiss or equivalent).Perform basic machine programming or editing (G/M code or CAM software).Collaborate with engineers and quality control to refine processes.Qualifications3+ years of CNC machining experience (aerospace/medical a plus).Experience with CNC controls (e.g., Familiarity with Zeiss CMM or similar metrology equipment.Ability to read and speak English fluently.Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)Experience with laser engraving systems.Rapid prototyping or small-batch production background.CAD/CAM experience (e.g.,
