Prep - 3rd Shift

We're hiring Prep Cooks to join our team!
Before you start your day, make sure you are ready for work and following our uniform and safety and sanitation guidelines including washing your hands. You will use your daily Prep Sheets to set priorities and make sure everything is ready on time. Use the Prep Cook & Dishwasher Checklists to start and organize your shift. Setting up the dish, prep, storage, and outside areas
Maintaining the dish, prep, and storage, and outside areas
Closing the dish, prep, and storage, and outside areas
Completing your prep list
Preparing food to order
Cleaning, sanitation, safety, and security
Setting up the dish, prep, storage, and outside areas
Before we open, and before the next shift, our areas should be 100% organized, clean, and ready for service. All necessary equipment is on and working correctly
Sanitizer solution, mop bucket, floor mats, hand sinks, and trash cans are ready
Restrooms are clean and stocked
Sinks are set-up for dishes and/or prep
You have today's checklists and prep sheets
Maintaining the dish, prep, and storage, and outside areas
Immediately ask for help before you get behind. All food is handled and stored properly
Sanitizer solution, mop bucket, floor mats, hand sinks, and trash cans stay correct
Restrooms stay clean and stocked
You are using and updating today's checklists and prep sheets
