Location: This is a primarily on-site opportunity based in Fleming Island, Florida, offering the flexibility for occasional remote work when appropriate while maintaining performance expectations. Relocation assistance may be considered for exceptional candidates.
Note: To be considered, candidates must be an active member of The Florida Bar in good standing with 2+ years of family law litigation experience, the ability to independently manage a family law caseload, and strong courtroom, drafting, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Independently manage a family law litigation caseload from start to finish.
Represent clients in divorce, child custody, child support, paternity, alimony, and post-judgment matters.
Prepare pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and settlement agreements.
Develop legal strategies tailored to each client's goals.
Negotiate favorable settlements while preparing every case for litigation when necessary.
Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the legal process.
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to deliver outstanding client service.
2+ years of family law litigation experience.

• Ability to independently manage a family law caseload.
• Strong courtroom, litigation, negotiation, and legal writing skills.
• Long-term commitment to building a career with a growing firm.
• Solo practice attorneys with substantial family law experience are encouraged to apply.
