Dishwasher - Weekend Shift

The Cooper's Hawk Dishwasher is critical to the success of the company and plays an integral role in ensuring a positive experience for each restaurant Guest. The Dishwasher ensures items are properly cleaned and stored, the dish machine is well maintained, and the dish area is kept sanitary, clean, and organized. 40% Retail Wine

• Assist operational excellence by cleaning and restocking all plates, dishes, utensils, glasses, silverware, pots, pans in the restaurant

Clean and maintain the dishwasher as directed

Sweep and mop the kitchen floors as needed or as directed

Adhere to all kitchen systems and standards

Maintain a safe, clean, organized and stocked work area

Follow departmental checklists and standard operating procedures to ensure work areas are prepared for opening, mid-shift or closing in accordance with company guidelines

Experience working in a restaurant; high-volume, full-service restaurant experience preferred

Has a passion for guest service and hospitality-focused

Must be able to read, write and understand English

Ability to communicate clearly with Guests, Managers and Team Members

Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays

Ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours per shift
