Cleaning/ Janitorial Maintenance

Janitorial Position
Promanco is seeking hard working and detail-oriented candidates to perform janitorial duties in a variety of residential, businesses, office and restaurant properties. This position is responsible for keeping buildings in clean and orderly condition.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Performing heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.
Performing routine maintenance activities.
Notifying management when repairs are needed.
Cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk and patio.
Replenishing supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room.
Cleaning and polishing glass shelves and doors of service bars and equipment.
Sweeping and mopping floors.
