TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Austin, Texas, 78704!

Registered Nurse – Telemetry / Surgical Oncology (Contract)
Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | 7 Days a Week | Every Other Weekend Required | No On-Call Required
Provide modified total patient care to general medical/surgical and surgical oncology patients across young adult through geriatric age categories
Maintain and monitor 24-hour cardiac telemetry using GE Telemetry Monitoring equipment
Utilize Welch Allyn Vital Signs equipment and document care using MediTech EMR
Collaborate with charge nurses, PCTs, and the house supervisor to maintain safe and effective unit staffing and patient care
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Ability to maintain a 1:6 patient ratio in a 34-bed unit
Prior telemetry or surgical oncology nursing experience
