We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. The Receptionist will also be responsible for managing the company's phone system, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the office's overall appearance.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
• Monitor inventory and order office supplies as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient office operation
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
• Training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
