Description:
This role is in an ambulatory clinic with a hybrid care coordinator component.
The position requires working Monday to Friday with flexible hours between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM.
There are no weekend shifts required.
The nurse will participate in the care of patients across various age groups, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
Previous charge experience is desirable, as is familiarity with an electronic charting system.
The candidate must demonstrate competency in infusion and radiation oncology practices.
Additional responsibilities may include patient coordination and interdisciplinary support.
The ability to work with patients undergoing chemotherapy is important.
The role entails managing patient care while collaborating with healthcare teams.
Candidates should be prepared to float within their scope of practice as needed.
Previous experience in an oncology setting is preferred.
All required certifications must be included with the application.
