As a Membership Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for selling memberships, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional experience. Drive membership sales by educating customers on the benefits of routine wellness care

Build strong relationships with dog parents and provide outstanding customer service

Promote and schedule first-time visits to introduce customers to our services

Ensure dog safety protocols are always followed to provide a stress-free experience for pets

A sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping customers make informed decisions

Strong communication and people skills to engage with customers and build relationships

A passion for dog wellness and safety

Retail, hospitality, or membership-based sales experience is a plus

High-performing Membership Sales Associates will have a clear path to management roles, including Assistant Manager and Membership Sales Manager positions as we continue to expand nationwide.
