General Pediatrics Physician- Full Time

Family Practice Physician

Gardner Health Services is currently recruiting to fill the Family Practice Physician positions. Full-time, 40 hour/week position based out of the St. James Health Center located in San Jose, California. The Physician works as part of the medical provider team delivering medical services to the patients of Gardner Health Services. Under general supervision of the Medical Director/Chief Medical Officer and Clinic Coordinator, the position provides direct and primary medical care and guidance to patients and/or makes appropriate referrals. Excellent experience and ability to provide strong customer service to patients from a variety of backgrounds and cultures is important. The ability to speak English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

Applications will be reviewed on a first come first serve basis. Graduation from an accredited medical school with a degree of Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy, required.

Possession of valid California physician's license.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Possession of Physician's Assistant Supervisory Certificate.

Obtain physician's clearance including tuberculosis test clearance.

Maintain current controlled substance registration.

Complete malpractice application.
