College Night Custodian

Custodial Building Cleaning And Floor MaintenanceThis position requires six (6) months recent and verifiable custodial building cleaning and floor maintenance experience. Cleans glass, chrome, and exits on all college facilities as designated, including but not limited to classrooms, labs, offices, theatres, lecture rooms, conference rooms, gymnasium, amphitheaters. Damp and wet mops vinyl and tile floors. Performs floor maintenance such as vacuuming, shampooing, stripping and waxing, buffing, etc., This position will experience exposure to indoor and outdoor temperatures.Must have computer knowledge to clock in/out and view other personnel related information.Veteran's Preference Information:This position is eligible for Veterans Preference pursuant to Chapter 295 of Florida Statutes.
