Human Resources Recruiter (Bilingual)

A client of ours is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join a high-performing manufacturing facility that takes pride in quality, culture, and retention. This is a hands-on recruiting role supporting hourly hiring while partnering closely with HR and plant leadership to keep operations running strong. This opportunity is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys being on the floor, engaging with candidates face to face, and owning the full hiring process for frontline roles. What You'll Be Doing Recruit primarily for hourly manufacturing roles including packaging and general labor positions

Manage high applicant volume and screen for quality, reliability, and retention

Partner closely with onsite HR to coordinate hiring events and onboarding

Communicate regularly with hiring leaders on hiring status and priorities

Track candidates, start dates, and onboarding progress using ATS and spreadsheets

What Makes This Role Unique You will be the only onsite recruiter at this location, fully owning the hiring process

The plant has approximately 250 employees and has won Plant of the Year multiple times

Strong focus on quality, culture, and employee retention

High applicant flow due to location, with a focus on identifying the right long-term hires

Structured onboarding, shadowing, and training provided

Supportive recruiting team spread across the Midwest that collaborates and shares workload

What They're Looking For 3-5 years of recruiting experience

Experience recruiting hourly or manufacturing populations strongly preferred

Comfortable working onsite in a plant environment

Clear, confident communicator who partners well with HR and leadership

Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred
