He's 87 years young and has lost his regular caregiver. He is a wonderful person who needs help Mon thru Fri 10am - 3pm. Perfect hours if you have school kids. He needs companionship, Med reminders, meal prep, personal care. Requirments: * At least 1 year of elder care experience or certification

• Transfer & Male personal care experience
• Strong ability to speak, understand, write, and be understood verbally by elders in the English language

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour

Visiting Angels West Springfield provides in-home care, senior homecare, elderly care, personal care, transitional care, fall prevention care, companion care, respite care, palliative care, dementia care and Alzheimer's care . Services span from 1 hour visits to 24/7 care .

We service Southampton, Westfield, Southwick, Holyoke, West Springfield, Agawam, Chicopee, Springfield, Indian Orchard, Longmeadow, East Longmeadow, Wilbraham, Ludlow, Feeding Hills and Montgomery . The franchise covers the entire Greater Springfield Area and most of the Lower Pioneer Valley region.

Visiting Angels of West Springfield has official accreditation from the Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts . We have also received Home Care Pulse's award for Best of Home Care - Provider of Choice every year since 2015.

• Write shift notes to update the family, office, and other caregivers

Certifications are welcome (CNA, HHA, etc.) We do offer training and mentorship programs to new caregivers.
