HVAC/R Service Manager

Serve as the primary contact for Supervisors and Trainers.

Ensure up-to-date and effective training materials to facilitate proper equipment maintenance, start-up, and operation for customer satisfaction.

Conduct performance appraisals and reviews.

Optimize service schedules and routes.

Proficiency in ICE Machine and commercial HVAC systems.

Highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and assignments.

At least two years of HVAC/R service technician experience (preferred).

Minimum two years of office and management experience.

Strong leadership, verbal and written communication, and conflict management skills.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and general software navigation.

Flexibility to work non-standard schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

This position operates from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with availability required for nights and weekends as needed.
