Graphic Designer - Full Time (Remote Position)

Develop original graphic concepts and visual designs for digital, print, marketing, and corporate communications projects.
Create promotional materials, social media graphics, presentations, advertisements, brochures, newsletters, reports, flyers, and branded content.
Design visual assets for websites, email campaigns, digital platforms, internal communications, and marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing, communications, product, and business teams to understand project requirements and creative objectives.
Translate creative briefs, campaign messaging, and business concepts into effective visual solutions.
Apply established brand guidelines consistently across typography, color, imagery, layouts, and other visual elements.
Edit, retouch, resize, and optimize images and graphics for different digital and print applications.
Prepare production-ready files while ensuring designs meet technical specifications and quality standards.
Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting project deadlines.
Participate in creative reviews and brainstorming sessions and incorporate feedback from stakeholders into final deliverables.
Maintain organized libraries of design assets, templates, source files, graphics, and brand materials.
Research emerging graphic design trends, creative technologies, software, and visual communication techniques.
Support basic motion graphics, animation, video editing, and interactive design projects when required.
Coordinate with printers, vendors, agencies, and external creative partners to ensure accurate production of physical and digital materials.
Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows, design templates, production processes, and asset management.
Ensure all completed designs meet brand standards, project objectives, accessibility considerations, and quality expectations.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communications, marketing design, or a related creative role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with digital design, print, branding, marketing, and corporate communications.
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, visual hierarchy, layout, and design principles.
Experience creating graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, advertising, and other digital channels.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent visual standards.
Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate ideas into polished and visually effective designs.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
Familiarity with Figma, Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar creative tools is a plus.
Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, UX/UI design, video production, or interactive media is an advantage.
Ability to work independently, accept constructive feedback, and consistently deliver high‑quality creative work.
Compensation & Contract Details
Annual Contract Rate: $65,000 – $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, qualifications, creative expertise, and scope of responsibility.
Employment Type: Full-time Contract.
Approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Contract Term: Initial contract assignment with potential for extension or renewal based on business needs, project requirements, and performance.
Remote or hybrid, depending on organizational and project requirements.
