Lounge on the scenic patio during the day or cozy up to the fireplace at night and enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the San Diego Bay. The Shorelight Busser assists in maintaining cleanliness and organization. Bussers may also assist servers with refilling drinks, delivering food, and providing excellent customer service. The hourly rate for this position is $20
Will be required to work flexible scheduled shifts based on business needs. Scheduling includes holidays, nights, and weekends depending on hotel events and functions.
Understand the mission, vision, and goals of the hotel. Must be able to prioritize and work efficiently with limited supervision. Must be able to speak, understand, and communicate the primary language(s) used in the workplace. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed for duty assigned and with the use of required tools and equipment. understand a guest's service needs; Assists the service staff in the service of food for the guests. Sets up food carts and stations for service. Communicates with and supports all staff to better serve the guests. Deliver food and beverages to guests in an accurate and timely manner. Expo build tickets on food and kitchen line. Ensure all equipment is in operation order and all supplies are up to par. Report equipment that needs repair or supplies that need to be ordered. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas. Follow 4 Keys service standards, standard operation procedures, and safety standards. Follow all appropriate policies and procedures while constantly striving to improve standards of operations.
