HR Generalist - Recruiting & Employee Engagement

Key Responsibilities For The HR Generalist
Lead employee relations, investigations, and HR support for ~400 employees across multiple locations
Own recruiting and onboarding efforts
Oversee training programs and compliance, including administration of the L&D platform
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and stay current on labor trends
Partner with leadership to enhance engagement, policies, and overall HR strategy
Qualifications For The HR Generalist
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Experience with HR systems (Paycor ATS preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
