Senior Finance Recruiter

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be part of the Human Resources Department supporting various business units. Job Title: Senior Recruiter
Manage all hiring activities for assigned business units, including exempt and nonexempt roles.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs.
Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies to ensure a diverse and qualified candidate pipeline.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate environment.
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment channels.
Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
