About the role This is Metaview's first in-house recruiter, working directly with Shahriar, co-founder & CTO. Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of top-tier technical candidates to support current and future hiring needs.

Maintaining accurate and organized candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

For this role, success means looking back with pride, knowing you played a key part in building one of the most legendary teams in history. You have a track record of full-cycle technical recruiting for a product company, consistently finding and closing world-class talent at different seniority levels.

You're excited about being a vocal advocate for our products, especially given that we're shaping the future of the recruiting space.

Your primary sparring partner, however, will be Shahriar—Metaview's co-founder & CTO. I care about nothing more than the team we build—literally. This means I view our recruiting activities as the most critical work we do as a company. I hold myself—and consequently, those around me—to the highest performance standards or, at a minimum, expect them to possess the drive to reach that level.
