We have an in-house creative studio that specializes in brand strategy, copywriting, design and direct mail production. We serve as creative partners to our clients, helping them solve their biggest challenges from brainstorming to creative production and execution. Together, we're a team of strategists, copywriters, branding experts, and designers.
BerlinRosen is seeking a Graphic Designer to join the BerlinRosen Campaigns (BRC) team as we staff up for the 2026 election season. You have proven design expertise and a deep interest in politics, with the ability to independently translate abstract messages into high-impact direct mail, canvassing literature, digital and social media ads and other creative products.
This is a temporary, full-time position running from May 2026 through October 23, 2026.
Y. office on a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week in the office, though remote candidates based in the United States may be considered.
As a Graphic Designer on the BRC team, you will....

Collaborate with Art Directors and account team members on multiple campaigns to produce and edit eye-catching, high-impact direct mail and other campaign materials
Regularly meet tight deadlines for a diverse range of candidates running for office
Find solutions to feedback that maintain strong layouts, branding, and design hierarchy
Actively participate in visual concepts for mail
Organize and maintain project files
3-5 years of experience with print design and art direction in an agency setting (or comparable environment)

• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Willingness to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, during peak periods
• Editorial design experience
