We are seeking an experienced personal injury attorney to join our firm. In this role you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury claims from inception through settlement negotiation. Strategically litigate personal injury cases by working up case files
Draft pleadings, including complaints, motions, oppositions, and other legal documents to advance case progression
Draft and review discovery, meet and confer letters, and discovery motions
Argue motion and opposition hearings remotely and in court
Draft mediation briefs, attend mediation, and actively participate in negotiating settlements
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and assess case values
Prepare pre-trial documents and trial materials in case the case goes to trial
Manage and provide guidance to litigation assistants and paralegals
degree from an accredited law school
2+ years of Personal Injury Attorney experience required
Demonstrate commitment to client advocacy, integrity, and professionalism
