We are seeking a motivated and licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a current insurance license, and a desire to build lasting relationships with clients by offering trusted coverage solutions.
As a licensed sales producer you will have the chance to learn how to market and tailor insurance products to the individual customers we serve. Identify and develop leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing strategies.
Assess client insurance needs and provide appropriate policy options.
Explain policy features, advantages, and disadvantages to clients.
Maintain knowledge of products across auto, home, life, and commercial insurance.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
If you don't have your license, licensing assistance is available prior to your start date.
You must be able to use a computer and telephone system.
