Nursing - Registered Nurse - Urgent Care

Orthopedic and Neuro Operating Room Nurse
This is a 13-week contract position.
The schedule includes varied shifts with weekend and weekday on-call duties. The position requires 4x10 hour shifts with on-call responsibilities every 4-5 weekends and one weeknight on-call duty.
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse with a strong background in Orthopedic and Neuro procedures, specifically in Level 1 or 2 trauma environments. This position requires a high level of clinical competency and the ability to perform under pressure.
Responsibilities:

Perform nursing duties in the operating room, including pre-operative and post-operative care.
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Assist in the preparation of the operating room and surgical equipment.
Monitor patient status throughout surgical procedures and provide urgent care as necessary.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Previous experience in Orthopedic and Neuro OR nursing (Level 1 or 2 preferred).
Ability to meet low/mid/high performer expectations as determined by the facility.
