Licensed insurance agent job description:

Generate insurance quotes, present sales proposals, and close deals.
Grow client base through phone prospecting, referrals, and networking with key external contacts.
Address client inquiries, resolve issues or escalate as needed, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients, even from initial cold outreach.
Achieve sales targets and business objectives set by management.
Licensed insurance agent job requirements:

Must possess an active license in property and casualty in Virginia
At least 1 year of experience in insurance sales and servicing required; experience in an independent agency is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
Excellent communication skills/phone skills required
