Overview Due to growth, Wellness Works Physical Therapy is now hiring a full-time or part‑time Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Rehabilitation focused position in Santa Fe, NM. The clinic is a fun & relaxed environment with private treatment rooms and 2 separate gym areas. The clinic is a PT‑owned private practice that proudly serves the local community. Full‑time is preferred. Part‑time candidates who are available to work 20+ hours per week will also be considered.
Caseload / Patient Population Full‑time Physical Therapists at Wellness Works Physical Therapy see 8 patients per day. Part‑time Physical Therapists treat 4‑5 patients per half day, or 8 patients per full day. Patient care is 1:1 with each session scheduled for 1 hour.
Practice specialties include Orthopedic, Sports, Geriatrics and Wellness Patients. Therapists on staff are trained and certified in Dry Needling. Fun and Relaxed Environment for both Patients and Staff.
Work Schedule The clinic hours are Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
The full‑time PT hired should expect to work 32-40 hours, with an option to work 4 or 5 days per week. Part‑time candidates who are available to work 20+ hours enjoy flexible scheduling 4 to 5 days per week. Enjoy excellent work / life balance within this full‑time position. The actual work schedule is flexible depending on clinic needs, staff availability, and the preference of the candidate hired.
Compensation and Benefits The position will pay in the ballpark of $58 per hour for a Physical Therapist, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Requirements Eligible for New Mexico state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
2-3 years of experience is preferred, but not required.
New Grad PTs are welcome to apply.
Full‑time is preferred.
Part‑time candidates who are available to work 20+ hours per week will also be considered.
Manual Skills a plus with a passion for Physical Therapy.
