Shift: Full Time Mids (9a-9p or 11a-11p), 3 12 Hr Shifts/Week, requires rotating weekends and holidays
Department: Capital Region (CRMC) Emergency Services Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $32.82 - $48.27 per hour, based on experience
Shift Differentials:
Additional $3.00 per hour for weekend shift (Sat/Sun)
Additional $2.75 per hour for evening shift

Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

Assesses the patient's condition and nursing needs, sets goals, and prescribes appropriate nursing actions to meet those goals and the physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative patient needs, including discharge planning. Demonstrates the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions in accomplishing goals and intended patient care outcomes. Maintain the standards of nursing care and implement the policies and procedures of the hospital and assigned nursing unit. Participates in meetings, in-services, and quality and performance improvement groups. Provides quality patient care and works with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the highest patient satisfaction. May complete unit/department-specific duties as outlined in department documents.
Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN. One (1) year of RN experience.
The performance of these physical demands is an essential function of the job. This position is in a health care facility open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Rotating shifts as well as holiday and work during inclement weather will be required.
