Full Time 3rd Shift Counselor

Wage - $28.48 per hour with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.

Working Location: Mercer County area and will attend the Center once a week, starting with the first week of training at the Center.

Schedule – Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday – Friday. Occasional nights and weekends/ may be required

• MTC is proud to operate the Edison Job Corps Center in Edison, NJ where our staff provide quality services to our local youth. You'll be responsible for conducting direct recruitment activities and interfacing with other outreach contractors for student enrollment. In addition, empowers young adults by guiding them towards valuable career paths and educational opportunities in compliance with government and management directives.

Conduct direct recruitment activities, including public speaking, develop linkage with referral resources such as human services agencies, recreation centers, youth organizations and churches; Interview interested candidates and support uploading documents if needed.

# Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business communications or closely related field; Experience may include sales and successful outreach and admissions experience or successful outreach and admissions experience with other youth programs.
