Salary: $20 - $26 per hour

Based in Phoenix (Deer Valley) with we are a TOP Ranked Aerospace components manufacturer! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Buyer to join our Manufacturing team. This role will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our production lines are always running at full capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of raw materials and components necessary for our manufacturing processes. This role requires a high level of analytical thinking, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of supply chain and inventory management. Manage and oversee the purchasing of all raw materials, components, and other supplies required for production.

Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

Work closely with the production and engineering teams to understand their material requirements and ensure their needs are met.

Analyze and predict potential risks and issues with the supply chain and implement proactive solutions.

Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock at all times.

Regularly review and update the company's purchase policies and procedures.

Conduct cost analysis to identify areas of potential savings and efficiency improvements.

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a purchasing role within the manufacturing industry.

Proficiency in supply chain management, inventory management, and purchase management.

Proven track record in cost analysis and negotiation.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to predict and navigate potential risks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing software.
