Summary
As a Sales Associate on the Women's Ready To Wear floor, you will provide personalized styling and customer service to drive sales and build client loyalty. You will maintain strong product knowledge and merchandise presentation while supporting store operations during part-time hours. The role requires a professional, customer-focused approach and the ability to meet sales goals.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers, offering styling advice and product information.
Achieve individual and store sales targets and support visual merchandising standards.
Process transactions, returns, and layaways accurately.
Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up and personalized service.
Support daily floor operations, including stock replenishment and maintaining product presentation.
Requirements
2+ years of retail or sales experience, preferably in women's apparel.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Interest in fashion with the ability to learn and convey product knowledge.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends and to stand for extended periods.
