We are looking for a driven Strategic Operations Director, focused on leading key go-to-market strategy, product operations, and business operations initiatives as part of ParentSquare's finance team. The finance team is a cross-functional team that partners with senior leaders across the company, focusing on high-impact strategic projects and analysis.
You are someone who is a high-caliber professional who can manage complex cross-functional initiatives and enhance operational efficiencies across the organization. You'll lead projects, work hand-in-hand with leadership and act on the most challenging strategic and operational questions impacting our business.
Product Operations & Go-to-Market Strategy
Change User Behavior: Analyze product usage and customer feedback to identify and implement opportunities to drive user behavior changes such as reducing overcommunication and increasing app adoption
Business Operations
Improve Data Landscape: Lead data clean-up / enrichment initiatives to ensure our data is clean, reliable, and supports future business needs and decision-making
5-7+ years of experience in a highly analytical and strategic role, such as management consulting, investment banking, or business operations / strategy role at a tech company

• A strong quantitative and analytical toolkit, with proficiency in financial modeling / data analysis, and working directly with data science teams
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in stand-alone capacity, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
