Part time (2 days per week)
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient private practice part time in Elkhart, IN. We are looking for a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, who enjoys helping others, is a great communicator, and a team player. The ideal candidate for this role has a passion for holistic and functional medicine with a focus in clinical procedures including hormone replacement therapy as well as a knowledge|background with IV infusions.

As a fully integrated multidisciplinary clinic, our medical professionals have chosen the most effective, non-surgical treatments, regen med, and IV therapies, and have brought them together all under one roof to bring our patients better health and a better way of life! We are focused on functional and regenerative medicine and bringing our patients the best care.

Patient exam|evaluations- focused exams (HPI, medical history, review pertinent medical records|imaging)

• Order and review appropriate tests- Evaluate clinical data
• Perform treatments to include Joint injection|trigger point injections (hips, knees, shoulders), IV Therapy and Hormone Therapy (will provide training)
• Patient education on diagnosis, treatment plan options and expectations, patient goals, and post care treatments
• General oversight of the nursing staff
• Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care

Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

• Nurse Practitioner|Physician Assistant license in IN
• Experience in regen med, joint injections, hormone therapies and IV therapies
• Strong background or interest in Holistic and Functional Medicine (Preferred)

Part time (2 days per week)

725-$850|day (DOE) plus potential bonus compensation
