HR Generalist
Jacksonville, FL | On-Site | Temp-to-Perm
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their growing HR team and support a workforce of approximately 400 employees. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being hands-on, working directly with employees, and playing an important role in day-to-day HR operations.
Support day-to-day HR operations and generalist activities.
Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support staffing needs.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and assist with HR-related questions and concerns.
Support employee relations activities and investigations.
Assist with communicating HR policies, programs, updates, and other important information to employees.
Maintain accurate staffing rosters, employee records, and HR documentation.
Monitor deadlines and ensure required HR processes are completed accurately and on time.
Work closely with hourly production and warehouse employees.
Support HR programs and initiatives across the organization.
Collaborate with HR leadership and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective HR support.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

• 3 years of progressive HR generalist experience preferred.
• Experience supporting hourly, production, warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or similarly structured workforces is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations, onboarding, and compliance.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a broader HR team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

This position is particularly well suited for an HR professional who enjoys being hands-on and employee-focused , while also having the organizational discipline required to manage a highly structured and compliance-focused environment.
