As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will have the opportunity to work with a passionate team dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices. Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support

Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

95 - $115 HOURLY with performance bonuses

Flexible schedules

Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs

Pay Rate: $95 - $115 HOURLY

Full-time: 25 billable hours/week or part-time available

Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
