Whether you have experience in wireless sales, cable sales, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, automotive sales, door-to-door sales, or technology sales, we provide the training and tools you need to succeed. With operations in 15 states and plans to exceed 200 retail locations nationwide, there has never been a better time to join a company that promotes from within and rewards performance.

Retail Sales & Customer Engagement
o As a Sales Associate, you'll help customers find the best Xfinity solutions for their needs while maximizing your earnings through consultative selling and exceptional customer service.

Sales Responsibilities
Present and sell Xfinity products and services to new and existing customers
Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions
Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance
Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
Execute proven sales closing techniques
Customer Service Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer experiences
Build strong relationships with customers
Resolve customer concerns professionally
Achieve high customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
Create a welcoming and engaging retail environment
Team & Store Responsibilities
Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals
Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
Participate in ongoing training and development
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
