Head of Technical Programme Management

Manage program plans to ensure timely, high‑quality completion aligned with team and organizational goals.

Monitor and help mitigate program risks, escalating as needed.

Collaborate closely with engineering, product, UX, and other cross‑functional teams to align efforts and resolve roadblocks.

Support program reviews with Engineering, Product, UX, and Science leadership to assess progress, address issues, and contribute recommendations.

Contribute to programs focused on engineering excellence aligned with business and organizational goals.

Engage cross‑functional partners regularly to gather feedback and help refine processes that support quality and engineering best practices.

Plan and manage moderately complex programs, supporting project delivery in partnership with engineering and product managers; step in to manage projects as needed.

Collaborate with program managers and cross‑functional partners to support roadmap planning and execution.

Assist in conducting risk assessments to help ensure implementation plans meet partner requirements and priorities.

Help identify root causes of challenges or opportunities and partner with appropriate teams to support timely solutions.

Support and guide project teams, sharing best practices to enhance project management capabilities.

or a minimum of 8 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience.

Agile and adaptable in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.

Proven experience influencing senior management and managing major cross‑functional initiatives.
